There is a need to capture innovation and creativity within the engineering world and encourage young engineers to be entrepreneurial for themselves, or their organisations.  In the following set of topic areas, you will develop your understanding of the importance of a core and consistent focus on delivering customer value for success.  You will create an understanding of getting and managing suppliers to fulfil the needs of the enterprise.
