Industrial Fellowships 2021
Dr Pengzhu Wang, Academy Industrial Fellow, works at Bridon Bekaert Ropes Group as the Principal R&D Scientist specialising in high performance and smart, flexible, tension members of ropes and cables. The collaborative project with Queen Mary University of London develops new materials and technologies for mooring systems for offshore wind platforms. Dr Wang is the Editor of the International Journal of Rope Science and Technology (https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3843-5347).
