Industrial Fellowships 2021
Understanding complex aerodynamics can benefit significantly from using nonintrusive flow measurement technologies in applications such as propulsion system integration for novel aircrafts. Dr Zachos’ Industrial Fellowship, in collaboration with Rolls-Royce, will demonstrate the implementation of nonintrusive flow measurement technologies on an industrial engine demonstrator.
The outcomes of the work will provide a step change in our current understanding of engine-aircraft integration and inform the development of next generation aero engines.
