Ash transitioned from 15 years in Offshore Oil & Gas complex installation projects to marine renewables. She developed a modular Wave Energy Converter design called ZOEX, which overcomes the biggest challenge in marine energy: high cost. She will be passing her knowledge on inventions, patents, wave energy, and raising investment.
