Paul Rees is a leading practitioner in rotorcraft development, with over 30 years’ experience across government and industry. Employed by Leonardo Helicopters, he plays a lead role innovating crewed and uncrewed systems, playing a key role in advancing rotorcraft capability and shaping design standards and best practice in test and evaluation.
