Dr Vassilis Agouridas has 20+ years of extensive corporate (Airbus), innovation deployment (Ertico-ITS Europe) and academic (University of Leeds) experience in the domains of strategy formulation and execution through participatory foresight and roadmapping methods, sustainable and responsible development, systems thinking practice, open business model innovation, new product design processes (teaching and research), action research and curriculum development. The impact of his RAE VP appointment will be on the staff and student mindsets and practices within the University of Leeds. The appointment is particularly focused on providing graduates with leadership skills, methods and confidence to tackle ill-defined, future-based wicked problems.
