Dr Nike Folayan MBE HonFREng is a Chartered Electronics Engineer and Technical Director at WSP, leading global transport projects. She chairs AFBE-UK and advocates for equity in engineering. As Visiting Professor at QMUL, she will enhance students’ cultural competence and leadership through EDI-focused seminars, workshops, and staff development.
