Visiting Professor

Dr Hameed Jehanfo is a chartered civil engineer and an independent highway consultant. He has over 20 years’ experience in design and engineering management, project governance and technical designs on major and mega transport infrastructure projects internationally and within the UK.  Dr Jehanfo holds a PhD in sustainable infrastructure systems from the University of Southampton. He conducts research and has published technical papers on transport engineering. Dr Jehanfo will bring industry and academic experience to facilitate incorporation of emerging technologies such as self-driving vehicles, as well as innovative approaches to sustainability, into the curriculum.
