Keletso Lekwakwe
Keletso Lekwakwe is a seasoned entrepreneur with over five years of innovation experience. He holds a BSc in Information Technology from Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology, and is the co-Founder and CEO of PasswordKid (Pty) Ltd: one of Africa's leading providers of child safety technology. His many accolades include the 2021 Uber Tech for Safety pitch, winning the 2023 Innovation Hub GIP Awards, and being the runner-up at the 2022 EY pitch competition. Representing South Africa, Keletso also recently competed at the ASEB Awards in Nairobi.
PasswordKid offers a safe and reliable app service to parents and educators regarding the collection of children from school. The technology effectively unlocks children from their school using clever keys that inform the educators as to who will be collecting the children. Their goal is to provide peace of mind to all about the safety of children when leaving school, and to promote a greater number of transparent and traceable interactions.
