Sivuyile Ngcanga worked at Mercedes-Benz as a Specialist for Mechanical Joining Technologies. He is the sole director of a holdings company called Sheer Versatility Group, which houses several subsidiaries, namely Electrical, Information & Communication Technology and Manufacturing & Agriculture.

Sheer Versatility Group developed Zula, a navigation app that enables navigation in townships in semi-urban and rural areas where it wasn’t possible before, due to these areas not having street names, unorthodox numbering systems and insufficient infrastructure. This app will increase service delivery to these areas, as many ambulances, postmen, policemen, courier companies and fire marshals have difficulty finding households in these areas.
