Abaca Core Burger Patty is a plant-based product made from abaca fibre that provides a sustainable alternative to traditional meat patties while offering a nutritious and delicious eating experience. Abaca core burger patty is made from an abaca pseudo stem, native to the Philippines and known for its exceptional strength and durability, making them ideal for various industrial and commercial applications. The incorporation of this fibre into a burger patty as an enhancer was inspired by the natives of Summit, Viga and Catandunes who are living testimony that the core is safe for consumption.
