Ahmet Emre has a PhD in mechanical engineering, has worked as an R&D Engineer for about ten years and has started his own startup company, OCALIS Engineering Inc. His PhD thesis is on industrial exoskeletons and looked into creating a product that will support the human body and prevent work-related musculoskeletal disorders.

OCALIS prevents musculoskeletal disorders and increases efficiency and motivation so that workers live healthy lives and are motivated to work. It has the potential to prevent work accidents, decreasing health costs and work loss.
