Dr Anupama S. Engineer is a passionate woman entrepreneur and scientist with over 15 years of experience, holding a PhD in Microbiology and a Post Graduate Certificate in General Management from IIM Kashipur. As Co-Founder and COO of Weinnovate Biosolutions, she spearheaded complete operations from concept to commercialisation of India's first indigenous antimicrobial urinary catheter, while expertly handling micro and macro operations alongside deep engagement in molecular biology, infection prevention, and AMR research. Her drive lies in making technology accessible, affordable, and actionable for all, fostering a better society through scalable biotech innovations.
