We look forward to welcoming you to the AT2030 Frontiers symposium Inclusive Innovation in Action: Community-led Assistive Technology Solutions in Local Context from 8 to 10 October in Kathmandu, Nepal. The event is a collaboration between the Royal Academy of Engineering and GDI Hub's AT2030 Programme, and is held in partnership with Kathmandu University. AT2030 is funded by UK International Development.
This form is designed to collect all the information the Academy team requires to ensure the event runs smoothly.
The information that is shared via this form will not be used or shared in any other form than for the purpose for which it is collected (as listed below) and the information will be held in a secure system, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
There are four sections to complete:
- Personal details – names, organisations and bios will be shared with other delegates through event materials.
- Food, accommodation and travel - this will be used by Academy staff to organise event logistics.
- VISA information.
- Passport information for logistics/invitation letters.
Privacy Notice
You have the option to consent to the inclusion of your email address in the online version of the Welcome Pack. This pack is shared only with confirmed event attendees and the detail sharing is intended to support networking during and after the event. You will be asked to confirm your consent at the end of this registration form; this is optional.
