FELLOWS ONLY
The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held in person, with the Academy President Sir John Lazar CBE FREng, Academy CEO Dame Tamara Finkelstein DCB at Prince Philip House with the ability to observe the EGM online. Fellows who cannot attend in person are encouraged to cast their votes on the resolutions by proxy.
Fellows attending in person will be able to vote and ask questions in the room. Fellows joining online will be able to participate in the meeting but will not be able to vote in real time. Details on how to vote via proxy will be shared separately in an email.
