This exclusive event brings together four cohorts of Amazon Future Engineer (AFE) Scholars with the goal of building a lasting community of ambitious, like-minded peers. Awardees will have the opportunity to form meaningful connections, learn from senior engineers and leaders, and strengthen their professional networks.
On Thursday evening, engaging speakers will share insights on technology, innovation, entrepreneurialism, and leadership, offering valuable perspectives on navigating early careers in industry. On Friday, interactive workshops will focus on developing the skills needed to succeed at university and beyond, with an enhanced emphasis on leadership, confidence and long-term career growth.

Photography/filming notice
Please note that photography/filming may take place during this event. All photographs and videos will be securely stored on the Academy’s servers and used for editorial, marketing and media use by the Academy and selected press or industry media. Travel expenses
The Academy will cover all travel costs associated with your attendance. You are encouraged to travel via standard class public transport. You will be required to pay for your travel up front. After the event, you will be provided with an online ‘expense claim form,’ so please ensure you keep copies (paper or online) of all travel receipts/tickets. Receipts will only be accepted and re-paid where they are itemised. Screenshots of your bank statement will not be accepted, other than to prove travel on TFL/ underground, where receipts are not provided.
