At this interactive workshop, attendees will get the opportunity to:
• Connect with engineering leaders at all levels in up to 20 engineering companies to share challenges and learnings from different working contexts
• Input into the development of an engineering-specific charter on EDI
• Receive training on best practice people processes
• Input into the Engineering Council’s UK-SPEC consultation and make recommendations on how the EDI elements can be improved from an industry perspective
• Co-create next steps for Amplify cross-company projects to increase inclusion at an industry level through improved independent standards, professional development, and engineering education resources
• Highlight individual and organisational EDI support and training needs to shape the Amplify online training agenda for the next six to 12 months
