Watch an inspiring Leadership Lunch celebrating Black History Month. This year, we delved deeper into the people aspect of our recent EDI Engine Report by exploring Power, Pride, Persistence, and Progress four pillars that reflect the BHM theme “Standing firm in power and pride.”
Through a vibrant fireside conversation and table discussions, our guest speakers Dr Ibilola Amao, Senior Engineering Consultant and co-founder of Women in Energy Network and Edwin Ehiorobo, Co-founder of Energyz Black spotlighted the cultural identity, personal power, and pride that fuel the innovation and leadership of Black engineers across generations. With a sector-specific focus on energy, this event was a celebration of excellence.
