AWARDEE EXCELLENCE COMMUNITY ONLY
If you have any questions, please contact the Awardee Excellence Community team at [email protected]
This event is part of a new pilot series to connect awardees and Fellows. We are organising meetings between a Fellow and a small group of up to 6 awardees from the Awardee Excellence Community for a discussion around a common theme.
Each meeting will last one hour and will provide an opportunity for awardees and Fellows to engage in meaningful dialogue. The purpose is to facilitate knowledge exchange and share insights and expertise between all participants.
Please note, Awardees can only register to attend one meeting in the series. Awardees attending will be required to complete their entry into the Awardee Directory so we can share all participants’ details ahead of the meetings. Read more about the Fellow attending in the 'Speakers' tab.
If a meeting is fully booked, you will be able to complete a form to be added to a waiting list.
Discussion theme
This discussion will focus on the intricate interconnections between water, energy, food and the environment as highlighted in the recent Frontiers Symposium. We will examine how these sectors intersect and the challenges in balancing their demands for sustainable development. The session aims to foster dialogue on innovative solutions and interdisciplinary approaches to managing resources effectively. This meeting is ideal for those interested in contributing to a holistic understanding and integrated strategies for addressing global challenges at the nexus of these critical areas.
Accessibility
It is very important to the Royal Academy of Engineering that our events are accessible to all. If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact the Awardee Excellence Community team more than one week in advance of this event so that necessary arrangements can be made at [email protected].
