This session focused on the importance of people-centric processes led by Hannah Carwright. As engineers we often address problems and processes from a very technical standpoint. This session will explore how to look at challenges from a people first viewpoint, especially when it comes to efficiency and processes. It will include a short presentation followed by audience Q&A. The discussion will cover key areas such as relationship building, communication, and issue resolution, along with strategies for fostering collaboration. Emphasis will be placed on the belief that people are at the core of any organisation, and processes should be designed to align with their needs.. The session will also explore methods for engineers to , build cohesive teams and create an environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and countries can work together toward common goals.
