As we navigate rapid technological advancements, climate change, and global sustainability goals, the engineering profession must rethink its foundational knowledge and skillsets as outlined in the Academy’s Engineers 2030 project.
Key topics will include the increasing importance of adaptability, interdisciplinary collaboration, and systems thinking. The session will also address how engineering education and workplace cultures must evolve to prepare future engineers to meet complex global needs.
Attendees will gain insight into how educators, industry leaders, and policymakers can collaborate to foster a workforce equipped to thrive in the next 25 years. You will be able engage directly with our panellists and contribute to the conversation through an interactive Q&A.
