PUBLIC EVENT
This event is free of charge, but registration is required. If you have any questions, please contact Yohanes Scarlett, Policy and Research Advisor, Diversity and Inclusion, Royal Academy of Engineering at [email protected].
Please note that bookings and registration for this event are managed by Engage for Success.
At this event, discover valuable insights from 10 years of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) research in engineering. We will share the findings of an extensive literature review commissioned in collaboration with Engage for Success Midlands Area Network and Nottingham Business School.
Through hearing about our Equality, diversity & inclusion in engineering literature review: a decade in focus, attendees will gain valuable insights into:
- learnings about EDI across the engineering profession
- where there are gaps in EDI research in engineering
- what future research and research methods and areas could be considered for future research.
The event will also emphasise the critical need for collaborative efforts with community partners to drive sustainable change. Finally, participants can look forward to a Q&A session, where they will have the opportunity to engage with representatives from the Royal Academy of Engineering and Nottingham Business School, seeking further clarity and sharing their perspectives on the issues discussed.
