Shott Scale up Accelerator Induction day

At the Enterprise Hub, we know the leap from technical expert to business leader is as difficult to navigate as the growing pains of a company. Our Shott Scale Up Accelerator aims to strengthen the leadership capabilities of senior leaders in high-growth engineering and technology SMEs, supporting each new awardee to reach their full potential.

Personal development is at the heart of our activities, with opportunities for peer learning, training, mentorship, and networking central to our offering – all beginning at this induction event. This will be the first step of many on a 12-month journey towards personal growth and exceptional leadership as awardees scale their business to reach the next level.

The afternoon will round out with an induction ceremony, formally welcoming our 14th cohort onto the programme and offering all guests an insight into the journey they are about to embark upon. The day will then close with an evening of networking, with drinks and canapes until 7.00pm.
