AWARDEES ONLY
The seminar delivery to mentors will cover the following key questions:
• How can I maximise my positive impact as a mentor?
• What value-destroying mistakes must I avoid?
• What expectations and boundaries should I set in my mentor relationships?
• What are good and bad signs that the mentoring relationship is/isn’t working?
• How can I support scale-up leaders to choose, set-up and make the most of a network of advisors, coaches, and mentors?
Participants can expect to leave with the following outcomes:
• Identify your unique value proposition and prepare to maximise ROI (their results for your time invested).
• Know how and when to choose proven mentor methods to maximise positive impact.
• Apply a four-part framework to permissions, boundaries, and practicalities of effective mentorship.
• Discover what will make a difference to your performance.
• Plan focussed action to improve your mentoring in a small handful of individual priority areas to get results with your mentees.
