We are excited to welcome you to the launch event of our Inclusive Leadership Programme. This event marks the start of this exciting pilot programme, which aims to create more inclusive practices in engineering.
During the day, you will receive tailored inclusive leadership training from our external training providers. You will also have opportunities to network with your fellow awardees.
It will be a celebration of your successful acceptance into the programme as well as the first learning workshop within your peer groups.
We look forward to seeing you all in person at Prince Philip House and hope you are as excited as we are to be on this equality, diversity and inclusion journey together.
