The Africa Prize for Engineering Innovation is Africa’s biggest prize dedicated to engineering innovation. It awards crucial commercialisation support to ambitious African innovators developing scalable engineering solutions to local challenges, demonstrating the importance of engineering as an enabler of improved quality of life and economic development.
The introductory training week will focus on onboarding the applicants to the programme and introducing them to the Africa Prize team. There will be a series of masterclasses, workshops and media training to welcome and prepare the applicants for this exciting eight-month programme of tailored training and mentoring.
