During the UK Residential and the local in-country training events (if in person), the travel expenses (flights and hotels) and any venue, meals and refreshments for LIF innovators will be provided by the Academy. |

Generally our suppliers do not pay VAT as this is not required by law but this price is exclusive of VAT if you think that you need to pay it. |
On page 5 of the ITT the value of the mentoring programme is stated as up to £125k per annum. On page 6 an indicative price of £100k is given and £2,083 x 60 is £124,980. Can we assume that the figure is £125k not £100k? |

Page 8 para 3 refers to ‘access to expert coaches in developing business plans’ please can you clarify is this referring to the mentors or are these separate coaches in addition to the mentors? |

On page 16 Graphic Design Support is listed as one of the topics for content for the training. Please can you expand on what is expected? i.e is training in basic principles required or more hands on practical support? |
This is optional – previous suppliers have worked with a graphic designer to help create logos, design pitches and marketing material but this is not compulsory. |
Please can you clarify what costs should be included by the supplier for the UK residential event. On Page 17 the ITT states that the UK residential event will take place at a central London venue and one or two other UK locations and that ‘Any venue, meals and refreshment for the LIF innovators will be provided by the Academy’ – does this relate only to the London venue or also other UK locations? |
We will cover everything for the innovators and the Academy staff, including the venue costs. You should include any travel and subsistence for trainers, mentors and admin staff. |

The suggested split is £650,000 for training and £100,000 for mentoring. However, the breakdown of costs is indicative and not prescriptive. The supplier could suggest a breakdown of their own in order to create the best impact. |

Page 28: Experience of successful delivery of similar programmes: Score: 0-5; Weighting: 2; Max Points: is mentioned as 15.
