Dr Rachel Cooke, formally of Cadbury, SABMiller, and Amazon, now works for the Carlsberg Group in Integrated Supply Chain Efficiencies. Most recently, as the Global Director of Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering for Amazon, she revolutionised the maintenance of the assets in its warehouses by introducing scientific principles and data-driven practices. She is a passionate advocate for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, was a founding director of the Cheltenham Science Group, is an active volunteer for the Institution of Chemical Engineers, and a vocal champion for female engineers and leaders.
