The Royal Academy of Engineering has appointed Anji Hunter as Director of a new International Engineering Prize, to be launched formally later this month. The prize will be administered by the Academy under the guidance and direction of an independent charitable foundation.

Ms Hunter was recently Head of Government Relations at Anglo American, having previously been Director of Communications at BP and prior to that served as Head of Government Relations at 10 Downing St.
