Barriers to women advancing in their careers, or following a particular career path, can include a lack of diverse and visible role models, as well as a shortage of professional networks to help them.

As part of International Women in Engineering Day (INWED20) celebrations, the Royal Academy of Engineering is hosting a special virtual version of this annual event, where the next generation of engineers have an opportunity to hear from and interact with senior industry leaders.
