The Royal Academy of Engineering’s latest report, the Perkins Review of Engineering Skills, will be launched at the House of Lords by Professor John Perkins CBE FREng and Baroness Burt of Solihull.

Since the original report release, there have been substantial changes in the education and skills policy landscape, including the UK’s decision to leave the EU and the launch of a new Industrial Strategy.

Juergen Maier FREng, Chief Executive of Siemens, will be delivering a keynote introduction on the impact of the changes and on how the report provides a roadmap for the engineering community and government, as our policy legacy of the 2018 Year of Engineering.

This event is strictly by inviation only and RSVP deadline is 16 January 2019. Please be aware that you will be subject to security checks and will need to bring two valid forms of IDs. Speeches will commence promptly from 3.30pm.
