Can we make it to Mars and what might we find there? How many exoplanets lie out beyond the solar system that could potentially support life? Join us to hear how engineers are helping to answer these questions including:

  • The latest developments on the ExoMars Rover, launching in 2020, which will be the first rover to be able to search for traces of life deep below the hostile surface of Mars
  • How UK satellite engineers are designing the Twinkle mission to decode the light from hundreds of extrasolar planets.

The global space industry is already worth $335 billion a year and is growing fast. Our expert speakers will look at the latest technologies and future opportunities as space becomes more commercial, from missions to clear up space junk to designing structures that are light and durable enough to help us explore outer space.
