This seminar is hosted jointly by the Royal Academy of Engineering and Talent Retention Solutions (TRS). Aimed at HR, talent and workforce leads across engineering industry, the seminar will focus on the challenges we face to build and secure a UK talent pool for our industry, and how we combine our efforts to improve perceptions of engineering, and the opportunities it presents.

We will hear the views of industry leaders on the current and future manpower challenges the sector is facing. In addition, they will share their personal experience of the TRS portal and their thoughts on how employers, institutions and other agencies can work together to address these issues.
