Audiences across the UK will be encouraged to join a revolution in invention as part of a tour of live shows presented by electrical engineer, Professor Danielle George, inspired by the 2014 Christmas Lectures 'Sparks will fly: How to hack your home'.
In a fast-paced and interactive show, Danielle will:
inspire audiences to use the sparks of their imagination to change the world
be using live demos and experiments
explain how to take control of the devices we use every day and adapt and transform them to do extraordinary things. This is tinkering for the 21st century!
Danielle said: “Today’s generation of young people are in a truly unique position. The technology we use and depend on every day is expanding and developing at a phenomenal rate and so our society has never been more equipped to be creative and innovative. I want young people across the country to realise that that they have the power to change the world right from their bedroom, kitchen table or garden shed."
