The Royal Academy of Engineering Diversity Leadership Group (DLG) invites you to the launch of three publications on diversity and inclusion:   

  • Increasing diversity and inclusion in engineering – a case study toolkit 
  • Routes to diversity and inclusion – a toolkit to help employers recruit, retain and develop a diverse workforce
  • DLG Diversity and inclusion survey report 2015 - including trends similarities and differences with the highways and trasportation sector

With input from CIHT, the event will provide an update on diversity and inclusion progress across the engineering profession, and share good practice case studies. It aims to attract key decision-makers across engineering organisations with an interest in ensuring that they develop inclusive cultures to support meeting skills needs by attracting, recruiting, and retaining engineers - whatever their background. 

 

The launch programme will include breakout groups, giving an oppportunity for delegates to find out about good practice companies who have contributed case studies to one of the documents that will be launched on the day.
