The Academy works closely with a growing network of engineering employers and employer-led organisations interested in sharing best practice and working collaboratively to improve diversity and inclusion across the engineering profession.


The DILG includes a strategic steering group responsible for setting overall direction and reviewing progress and industry-led action groups, drawn from the network, that collaborate to develop and deliver tools and materials in areas such as inclusive recruitment and engineering, for dissemination and adoption across engineering employment. Engineering employers, or employer-led organisation, can become a DILG member. Please contact us.
