The Academy has an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy in place to ensure that no job applicant or employee, is disadvantaged or treated less favourably.

To help us monitor and assess the extent to which this policy is operating effectively, it would be very useful if you could share your information with us. This will enable us to review our processes to ensure they are fair and transparent, inform our Diversity and Inclusion strategy, address any barriers to equality of opportunity, and continually improve.

The information you give will be treated as strictly confidential, non-attributable and only reported when collated. It is gathered, stored and used in compliance with the Academy’s Privacy Notice in line with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.

The information will only be used for statistical purposes only with access restricted to staff involved in processing and monitoring the data. It will not be seen by anyone involved in any selection processes. No information will be published or used in any way that allows individuals to be identified. Personal information will be retained by us for six years. Application information for unsuccessful candidates, including supporting statements, interview notes and CVs, will be retained for six months to a year.

All questions must be answered. However, we recognise that some people may regard this information as private, and have therefore included the option 'prefer not to say' in all categories.
