Enhanced sick pay for sickness absence: 8 weeks’ full pay followed by 18 weeks at half pay, paid pro rata for part time staff
Group life assurance (death in service)
In the event of the death of a member of staff covered by the scheme, the scheme will pay an amount equivalent to four times annual salary to a nominated next of kin.
Income Protection Scheme
If you are medically unfit and unable to return to work after 26 weeks of sickness absence, at the Academy’s discretion, you will benefit from the Academy’s Income Protection Scheme that will pay an amount equivalent to 75% of gross salary
