The Royal Academy of Engineering ERA Foundation Entrepreneurs Award
Entry Form
The form and enclosures should
be submitted by the Vice Chancellor’s office on
behalf of the applicant.
This form should be treated as
an essential cover sheet for any additional
supporting material (defined in section 5 of the
Entry Form).
Both should be sent to the
e-mail address given at the end of this page by the
deadline indicated. Please read the
Rules and Conditions before
completing this form.
The following items are
essential and must be attached in addition to this
entry form.
Any supporting material must
be cross-referenced to show its relevance to the
submission.

A copy of your plan, including mention of how the winning entry will be exploited within the UK. (Font size not smaller than 10 point).

Evidence of the underlying research, any patents or IPR and complementary work undertaken by you. Ownership of IPR should be stated.

Information on the extent to which the submission, or part of it, is novel. The judges will be looking for a realistic assessment of any competition or prior art, set against the plan which is now being proposed to enable exploitation.

A short summary of your submission which, if you are a successful finalist, will be posted on the Royal Academy of Engineering ERA Foundation Entrepreneurs Award website. This must not exceed 120 words.
