The Royal Academy of Engineering is delighted to announce the election of 59 new Fellows at its AGM this week, including one new Honorary Fellow and seven International Fellows.

The newly elected Fellows join the Academy from diverse backgrounds, including leading engineering and manufacturing companies and world-leading academic institutions.

All new Fellows have been invited to join the Fellowship in recognition of their outstanding and continuing contributions to engineering.

Professor Dame Ann Dowling DBE FREng FRS, President of the Royal Academy of Engineering, said: ”Our newly elected Fellows bring an enormous breadth of expertise to the Academy, widening our collective scope and knowledge.
