Professor David John Williams FREng, Director of the EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Regenerative Medicine, for services to science and engineering.

Professor Colin Robert McInnes FREng FRSE, Director of the Advanced Space Concepts Laboratory, for services to space research, science and technology.
