Schemes for Undergraduates
The Engineering Leadership Standard Awards Scheme (formerly the Undergraduate Programme)
This scheme is part of the
Best Programme and is open only to students who have
participated in one or more of the Best Programme's
pre-university schemes: Young Engineers, Smallpeice
Trust courses, Engineering Education Scheme,
Headstart and Year in Industry. Such students
receive details automatically when they go to
university.
It is designed to encourage
university students to further develop their
interest in engineering as a career through a series
of activities. In 2008 the activities are:

Personal Development Courses - WILD1 and WILD2

NCGE/RAEng Flying Start Rally
-
RedR/RAEng course: “So you think you want to be a Relief Worker”
-
Renewable Energy Technologies Course
-
Any recognised Professional Development Course, Conference or Seminar in Engineering
