CPD for Design & Technology Teachers

Through the EEnP The Academy has worked with the network of Science Learning Centres and the D&T Association to develop a series of CPD sessions for D&T teachers entitled Teaching Tomorrow’s Technologists Today (TTDTT) which are run at all of the nine regional science learning centres. There is also an online course for teachers who are struggling to find the time to attend CPD sessions.

Currently there are three face to face courses and one online course. The course titles are:

• Let’s make it Move

• Let’s make it Work

• Collaborative Learning in Science and Design & Technology

• Using Motors in KS3 D&T: Embedding Motor Control in your Department Curriculum (online only)

An Impact Award of £200 is available to cover the cost of attending all these courses.
