Recognised for his innovative research associated with the built environment,
particularly in the development of sustainable materials and in applying systems engineering to
sustainable development, Peter Bonfield has led major initiatives in the areas of new build and
existing housing, including the award-winning BRE Innovation Park, which was his brainchild. He
has shown outstanding leadership at BRE and as leader, Construction Products for the Olympic
Delivery Authority.|
