Location and Directions
The new Royal Academy of
Engineering premises enjoy a convenient location in
the heart of St James’s and has a number of
conference facilities which are available for use by
outside organisations. These include a suite of
rooms comprising of three boardrooms for up to 30
guests and a theatre style room housing up to 100
delegates; the elegant West Terrace Dining Room can
cater for up to 150 guests in informal style, or up
to 50 for formal meals; and several other meeting
and dining rooms.
Piccadilly Circus, Green Park, Charing Cross and
Embankment underground stations are a short distance
away. The 3, 6, 9, 12, 13, 15, 23, 88, 94, 139, 159
and 453 buses stop at Lower Regent Street and the 3,
6, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, 23, 24, 53, 87, 88, 91, 139,
159, 176 and 453 stop at Trafalgar Square.
Short-term parking is available adjacent to the
Academy and a car park can be found minutes from the
Academy.
